Quite often I see news that there are shortages of Judges.

Judges keep worrying endlessly and government keeps promising.

Sir, even in a small private sector company if a worker or a supervisor is going out or getting retired the replacement is immediate. Infact the workers are recruited slightly in excess anticipating the progress of the company.

A watchman is relived only when a replacement comes. That is the system.

Infact the proprietors are not well educated. In most cases they are only metric qualified.

This metric qualified proprietor ensures that the delivery date is kept and he values his customer’s time. He recruits extra workers, ensures they do over time to meet the delivery.

How come well educated honorable judges and other Justice delivery officers have let the pending cases in lacs . How come the well educated, experienced Judges, CJI down wards have let it happen?

Who is responsible?

Is the judicial system awaits a ‘Pro active Man ‘like Shri Seshan?

Can’t the holidays be scrapped? Can’t the retired judges be used?

Can’t the corporate cases be off loaded to respected UK judges, atleast to willing parties if Indian Judiciary system is not efficient to deliver the Judgment in time?

Dear Mr. Transport Minister,

When did you travel in a Bus last time, sir? When did you visit the Bus stand last time, sir?

Does your family ever travel in Bus for school or collage or to visit your relative? Probably neither you nor your Family members use the transport service of your Government.

I welcome you to read the following to “enjoy “the Bus Travel. Let me take you from the “Macro” level activities such as “Purchase of New Buses to “Micro” level things that affect the common Man passenger every day.

• Respected sir, have you ever seen the Passengers clinging in the foot board to reach their Place of work in time? Have you ever seen our Ladies travel crushed in the crowd inside the Bus often tolerating the hands of Rowdy elements? Sir don’t you think they too deserve a fraction of decent travel in Bus ,your family and your officers family  are enjoying  in cars?

• Just above the Driver seat you can see a note 50 +2 .( For Town Buses it is 40 sitting + 45 standing + 2…Will the MLAs travel like this when they Visit Ass embly.)That means that the Bus is authorized to carry only 50 passengers and two staff of Bus. The bus is technically designed for this load only .But none bothers .Every Conductor issues more tickets and no one thinks it illegal .Knowingly the Transport department floats the safety rules. I think that every passenger is having a right to travel comfortably –may not be to the extend your goodself, your family, your officers are entitled to in a pleasure car-but the passengers i.e. your voters deserve a decent safe travel.

• The length of the “3 seater” would not be sufficient for three persons.Yourself, Chairman of transport corporation and transport secretary can sit in a 3 seater and try to travel 50 KMs .The Half of Last man sitting in the aisle will be outside the seat. If you happen to sit in the ‘tyre seat’ the Knees would be crushing the front seat and the pain when the breaks are applied is only to be felt. Probably you will agree that the common man deserves a better travel.( If you sit and travel in Last seat you will fear that if there is accident the Front seat will hit and crush you. Such is the narrow gap. Please do not venture. The risk may be worth only for a common man.  )
• The man sitting in the Window seat may get hurt his fore head with window projection if he ever try to sleeps. May be fatal and who bother about the safety?

• If you would travel in a local bus you would find that even the Government Buses stops at every Bus stand collects people more than the capacity .The value of passenger’s time is just ignored. All in the name of Profit. I think the Buses should keep moving .The common man can not be advised to take Taxi.

• Sir, still some one take a nap he can get up once the Bus enters the bus stand. One can smell Urine and Filth at the entrance of a Bus stand. No Bus stand is free of this “foul smell” .Our Bus stand administration ( ?)/ Municipal Administration never bothers about this. In other word we are ‘Unfit’ even to Up keep even the Toilets. The “Free toilets” is never attended. The paid ones have a “cashier “at the entrance and that is it. The urinals look ugly and many will not have the Pipes to take the urine. One has to be careful .Otherwise one will wet their Pants or dothis.In general every user will stand on the Urine his predecessor has poured. The Toilets will have a filthy look and kept unclean. One has to use it to know the condition.
• Sir none seems to bother about this. No officer visits. No checks done. Who is responsible? I think surprise checks every week should be conducted Thashildars, Collectors, officers and even the Minister. Whatever facility extended to common man is ignored by the Local Administration and exactly these common man related things/common man used areas should be given Utmost care.Unfortunatly it is not done..
• Up keeping the Urinals and Toilets is possible only if there is will… I suggest appoint 8 Cleaning personnel per Bus stand round the clock in day time at least .4 persons are to be used for Urinals and toilets and remaining four has to take care of cleaning the Bus stand especially the parking Bay, and platforms (parking bays are the filthiest place in Bus stand. one should pay visit to know this)
• The Brothers and sisters from the “sweeping Community” are to be recruited and 20 % to be trained at Singapore (only the cleaners and not the officers) and rest to be trained by “Ex service Men/ MNCs ” and they are to perform round the clock work and not Sweeping one and go off .They are to be paid consolidated pay of 4000/- and incentive of 2000/- on recommendation of third party agency. They should be trained to keep the place clean and also they should be able to teach the public to be clean and behave. After 3 years of service they would be elevated as “ working officers”
• Government should take care of their children’s education in elite schools. Boarding and Lodging should be free for them and these children should be made as doctors and engineers. “Generation Next “ will be on par with others. This “once for all transformation “will be better way of bringing them instead of tokenism.
• 20 paise hike per ticket and Bus stand parking charges with respect to time of stay of vehicle inside bus stand can be implemented.
• Only the will and creative thinking is needed for change sir. I once again sum up. The passengers deserve comfortable and safe journey. The Seat width to be more ie seat capacity is to be reduced. The distance between seats to be comfortable .Value for the passenger time and there will not be unnecessary stopping in Bus stands. Bus stand Hotels, shops must be clean and cheap. The common Man deserves these things, sofar ignored. Frequent check by Minister Officers, and third party audit to exist.

Is the Hospital not trust worthy ?

Are the medicines given in this Hospitals are sub Standard ?

Are the doctors in this Hospitals are not intelligent enough ?

Why the these two party’s Leaders are not trusting the Hospital in The care Of their Health Mininster ?

Dear Health Minister Mr Azad ji,

Don’t Be another ‘Anbumani’.

Your Predecessor Dr Anbumani just kept advising the people not to Smoke, not to drink HOT or cold…not to chew pan .And he forgot his Basic work of providing Health care to Common man. He did not think it necessary to construct superspeciality hospitals In every district/ parliamentary constituency .( He was a Rajya Saba member)

Sir, You people are entitled for all free medical care and hence do not know how much the “Health care cost the  common man (if he chooses to live and dare to take treatment.)

You must recognize that health Minister job is not just sanctioning Private Medical colleges alone.

You are expected to construct Super speciallity Hospitals cum Medical collages in every District so that every man in India could enjoy at least 20 % of the “Health care you politicians get.

As the common man is not a Prime Minister or Minister he is not entitled to Free treatment by ‘Juslok’ specialists, you should bring them under health care schemes after getting premium.

At least the major operations, treatment to cancer etc should be free .Annual health check ups should be free.

You may introduce ‘health care tax for petrol / Diesel and extend health care to common man. Do not build just government hospitals .Let it be run by Expert management and the government should pay them .Permit them to use the infrastructure for their use also to make profit.

You  should be ashamed that even after 60 years of Independence we do not have good superspeciality hospitals in every district. Post Nehru and Kamaraj in Tamilnadu none bothered about poor common man.

Till this programme is implemented please do not take treatment in any Private Hospitals at tax payers money. Having denied the common man the ‘Quality and affordable Health care’ if you enjoy it at tax payers money I think it is “stealing His Bread”.

Will your team listen, sir?

By the way when did you, your family and your Health secretary went to Government Hospital for check up / treatment. In our tamil nadu for past 20 years none of our Chief Ministers or Ministers have gone to General Hospital for treatment .

Next time when you come for Vote I will ask this question.

1. All the government staff are covered by Health Insurance and ESI    Hospital etc. Prime Minister had his eye and Heart operation done   free of cost with Doctors of Jaslok Hospital,Mumbai. For Ministers , Chief Minister s ,Governors,MPs ,MLAs all the facilities are free . They do not pay any premium.

Fool ! did your MP,MLA ever constructed  a super speciallity hospital with Lab, Scan centre in every District .

1. Fool did you ever ask your Chief Minister and Governor of Tamilnadu whether they have ever  gone to Government Hospital for past 25 years for treatment.

1. Infrastructure means 10000 crore for Chennai Metro to transport people for Just 44 Kms,Several cores for Air port modernaisation,Building fly over’s .

But in Nehru – Kamaraj days  Infra structure meant Dams, PAP canals,BHEL,Power Houses , thousands of primary schools, colleages , Engineering colleages,Medical colleages Hospitals  ,IITs …all in tax payers money by the government  for  ‘Permanent employment’ generation to Poor and Middle class. Now only contractors, middle men, and Government employees benefit.

Still you  voted  them  to  Power.

1. Tax payers money was meant mainly for poor in those days. In     the Days of Man mohan-Chidambaram-Montek it is not so.

Dear Mr. Head Clerk of India (Yes addressed you, Indian PM)

Along with your Cashier Chidambaram and commercial Assistant Montek You have completely forgotten the Aam admi. During election time You Leaders promise everything under sky …something like  that every family will get Kentucky fried chicken twice a day, 2 pairs of Raymond suits and one  2 Bed room flat  .

Your Cashier Chidambaram had 17000 crore for paying sixth pay commission Benefits to your “Govt Babus”. But you do not have money to Construct Super specialist Hospitals in every District or at least one every 2 district.

You do not bother much as you got your Eyes and Hearts operated at AIIMS free of cost. Both as a retired Govt servant as well as PM these facilities are free to you and are paid from the tax money Indian citizen pays mainly for improvement of poor.

Every one are praising you three as the   Great Economists. But I wonder the team which saw to it that ‘Power cut existed from Kashmir to Kanyakumari” except Gujarat, Chattishgarh can hardly be called intelligent! . While thermal power could be improved upon by implementing the projects which can be 95 % efficient you created a opinion that Nuclear power is the only solution. We hardly produce 3 % of the existing power output.

Even the less educated would say that power is the backbone of Development and Power produces the Industry and hence Employment the great economist like you and Chidambaram would neglect the sector. Just give Income tax benefit to the next thermal Power projects up to 1 lac megawatt capacity. Do you know thermal power houses can be 95 % efficient and the Wind energy is just 22 % efficient .And you give depreciation benefit to wind industry and not to thermal power projects ( at this recession time  and spending on efficient projects makes sense). Give depreciation benefit to them .India would be producing enough power in just 3 years.

How come a great Economist like you could care less to be creative and moving in beaten path even at this recession time?

Do you know how many lacs of jobs have been lost due to power shortage?

Do you know that you promised Aam admi lacs of employment but ended up sending out lacs due to power shortage?

Is this the reason you and Mr. Karunanidi (another man failed miserably in power sector) were awarded doctorates in Annamalai University? ( How the power ministers and the Great Power secretaries were left out “ Un doctored”.

Your cashier Chidambaram some months back said the country needs 3 lac crore to invest in Infra structure industry.

Infra structure meant Projects like BHEL, Steel plants,Dams,Power houses,canals,schools and colleges, General Hospitals  in the Days of Pundit Nehru and Kamaraj. In the days of Economist? cashier/Commercial assistant Fly overs,separators and Air port modernization  are only Infrastructure areas.

“.For Chennai Metro to transport people to the length of just 44 KMs you are spending 10000 crores.What about the infra structure in Rural and town areas?

How much “Permanent Employment generation “  the sethu samudram project would bring ? How many common men and how many contractors will benefit out of this project? Let us have the real figure. Your Government and Karuna &  Balu are talking so much about this and why don’t you come out with the truth ? If it is really useful and generates lacs of employment let us implement it without hurting Hindu sentiments.

How many cold storage plant Projects for farmers and how many ‘waterway ‘projects you have implemented?

Now that Your eyes have been operated and heart rectified By Tax payers money Please implement “Common man specific” Projects, Power projects, waterways for farmers and Super spatiality Hospitals. I would suggest you sir that You Ministers,MPs, Officers and MLAs  join “ medical Insurance schemes ‘ and enjoy health benefits instead of simply getting everything for Free. While the common man is deprived of these facilities ,their servants are not entitled for these benefits free.

Do you know What is the Minimum wages for Indian citizens? 103 /- a day for tea plantation worker and 80 /- for rural employment guarantee scheme of Tamilnadu government. Can you run your family with this 80 ?- a day for 1 month. I suggest all the Members of parliament try to live with this salary for one month and decide What should be the Minimum Wages. You will agree that it should be Minimum 200 /- a day. Otherwise to take care of them and their and their parents  medical expenses they would send their children to work and not to school. Don’t you think you are doing a CRIME on POOR BPL families.

After enjoying so many allowances how come the Members  of Parliament are indifferent to this basic need .Is it not Shame Mr. Singh ,for your team.

Now do you agree that you wasted your 5 years and you have been doing a clerks work?

Sir ! Revenue collected fro Taxes are meant mainly for Common man and using the major portion to others is Stealing ‘ His Bread’. Start doing something for Poor Common Man.

Implement Minimum Wages as 200/-

Implement Health for all scheme.

Construct superspeciality Hospital in every District.

Construct Thermal Power houses which are 95 % efficient.
